Join us in this very special Yoga Retreat in the beautiful
Bali Island. Devki is one of the few teachers who is trusted
to teach the advance class at the Ramamani Iyengar Memorial
Yoga Institute (RIMYI), Pune,
India. Devki will lead and guide you through a comprehensive
range of asanas and pranayamas which exhilarate, rejuvenates
and relaxes your cellular body.
Who Can Attend
This
retreat is open to all Iyengar Yoga practitioners with at least 1 year experience.
Retreat Fee
Fee is SGD 845
inclusive of 5 nights accomodation (twin-sharing room),
14x vegetarian meals (5x breakfast, 4x lunch, 5x dinner) and
9x yoga sessions.

Yoga Props
Participant must bring his/her own yoga props: 1 mat, 2
blocks, 2 belts and 3 blankets. Participant can borrow the
props from Iyengar Yoga Centre Indonesia and Iyengar Yoga
Centre Singapore.
Airport Transfer
Airport Transfer from/to retreat location is not included in
the package. Participant need to arrange by him/herself. We
will give some receommendation soon.

Level 2 Intensive 4-Day Workshop

Intensive
Level 2 is for those that have a regular yoga practice for
at least one year. Increase your knowledge and learn to
deepen your practice on standing poses. More advanced twisting
and inversions will be introduced and a firm foundation
for inversions will be built.
Classes are conducted at the following time:
22nd & 23rd April : 6.30pm – 9.00pm
24th & 25th April : 9.30am to 12.30pm

For those who have at
least 6 months of yoga experience. Learn how to prepare,
get into and get out of the yoga poses. Learn how to do
yoga with proper body alignments, how to check and see if
you are doing it correctly and learn correct adjustment
techniques by doing some partner works. Practice sheet and
a written asignment will be given and a certificate of attendance
will be given upon completion.

Hips
and Shoulders

Most people feel tightness in the hips and shoulders due
our sedentary lifestyles and poor posture. In this workshop
we will be working with basic standing poses and use them
to help us open two major joints in the body: shoulders
and hips'.
Carole Baillargeon started doing Iyengar
yoga in Montreal, Canada in 1986 after completing her BA
in history and literature. She started her formal yoga teacher
training in Sydney in 1990 and taught there for 5 years
before moving to Darwin. Carole holds a Senior Intermediate
Level 2 Iyengar teaching certificate. She has taught interstate,
in Singapore, Bali, the Seychelles and in the United States.
She likes to give much attention to individual needs. Carole
feels very priviledged to be able to immerse herself in
the study, practice and teaching of yoga.

weekend workshop is designed to give you an insight as to how
proper body alignment can dramatically deepen your yoga practice

Standing Poses are the first thing that someone need to
begins with, to learn yoga. They will learn the
